    Oh, but wait! I have peanut butter, eggs and sugar! I also have some chocolate leftover from Christmas.

    Time for peanut butter cookies with chocolate in the middle! (I’ll think of a better name later. This isn’t a food blog anyway.)

    1 cup of sugar (plus a little extra)
    1 cup of peanut butter
